How do I get a Wing Google account?
Wing members in good standing have an individual account in Idaho Wing's Google Workspace service.
Your account is created upon request after completing your initial CAP training:

Senior members must complete Level 1

Cadets must complete OPSEC training
If you have not yet completed your initial training but have a specific need for an Idaho Wing account, ask your commander to submit an IT request.
Your Idaho Wing account is automatically disabled if eServices does not show you as a current CAP member of Idaho Wing.
New Google User Request Form
Use this form to submit a request for a new Google Email Address to be created by IT. This gives you access to all the Google Tools and Shared Workspaces in Idaho Wing.
How do I log in?
You will receive a new account e-mail from Google to the email you submit in the Google User Request Form, containing an initial password that expires in 48 hours. Check your spam or junk mail folder if you do not see it.

Ensure a home e-mail address is in your eServices record as a backup contact.
If your initial password has expired, contact IDWG IT for a password reset.
